I was looking in my drafts, and I found this, from the 24th of November, 2012 – aww, so long ago 😀 Anyway, this was one of my first blog posts, which for some reason I never published …………
This post will sort of be an amalgamation of ideas I’ve been kicking around for a while, so don’t expect it to make much sense in the more conventional sense of the word ;). Mainly, this is cos I need something to do, and we can’t get to school today (Yay!).
To start with, something that happened a couple of weeks ago at lunch time. For those of you who don’t know my friend Taby (count yourself lucky – aww just kidding Taby), bear with me a sec. So we were in the ICT suite (I say suite – more like two rooms, one of them the size of a broom cupboard), messing around, Elly and Taby blogging as usual, when Taby calls me over, and demands I tell her my opinion of the face filling her computer screen. Before I tell you who it was, a brief history lesson.
unfortunately, this was not an unusual occurrence. Taby was forever finding some guy, whether celebrity or mortal and spending weeks freaking out every time their name was mentioned, or they even looked at her once. Cousins, brothers, classmates – no one was off-limits. I’ve just realised I’ve been writing this in the past tense. Oh well, onwards. Anyhoo, this was no new occurrence. Her list of hot guys was constantly changing. So I can’t say I was surprised when she called me over, and I found this:
filling the screen. apparently, ‘um … no?’ is not the correct response upon being asked to verify his hotness. For those who do not know (a category that until recently included me), this is Robert Sheenan, star of Misfits, and the latest in a long line of fit guys whom Taby fancies. Actually, he’s kinda growing on me …. meh.
Well, anyway, on with the stuff. The other day, I was dragged, much against my will, to the doctors, where I was to have the vials of blood taken from my arm. Let me tell you this, it HURT! They made me lie down, pulled out a needle and jabbed it into the inside of my elbow. After about 5 minutes of having the blood drained from my arm into first 1 vial, then another., the nurse suddenly announced that it wasn’t working, and they’d have to draw another vial! Anyway, it all worked out and it turns out I’m fine.
Oeuvre is such an awesome word! I love it so much! This is what it means:
See – awesome! It just sort of rolls around on your tongue …….. ooooooooooooooooooooooooouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeeee 😀
And there it ends! So, slight randomness ………… Honestly, I’ve changed so much since then!
I think some videos are in order …….
Liam Dryden – one of my favourite YouTubers of all time! – sings! This is his first (I think) YouTube song, called Do It Anyway (I just love watching the one going ‘deedly de de-dah deedly de de-dah’ :D):
This is an awesome song by Monarchy called Floating Cars – listen to the lyrics 😀
And Liam’s most recent song :D, At Least It Was Here (Community Theme):
We’ve gone all lyric-y! Because I love the lyrics of these three 😀
And because I didn’t like the Liam Dryden songs so much the first time I listened to them …….
And just because 😀
Anyway, we only have two more days of school before the Easter hols! Excitements 😀
This is longer than I thought it was …..Probably because I wrote half of it 5 months ago ……….
Oh, and DOCTOR WHO IS STARTING ON SATURDAY!!!!!!!!! The excitement is growing!!!!!! aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!! The first episode will be called ‘The Bells of Saint John’, and will, according to Steven Moffat, ‘make kids scared of the wifi’ – duh duh duuuuuuuuuuuuh! Also Clara! And the Doctor *fails* to fly a plane! And the monsters are called SPOONHEADS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And breathe, and breathe.

I should probably go before I say something I’ll regret ………..
