Postaday (I did a thing)

Hello again! I’ve done a thing. A very stupid, possibly suicidal thing. I’ve signed up to postaday. Now, if you’re a long time follower of this blog (I love you guys, I really do), then you’ll know that I’m not exactly the most regular of bloggers. As in, every week regular. In fact, I am possibly the worst person at blogging consistently since that guy who died after writing his first blog post (oh come on, you must know SOMEONE who blogged once and then vanished off the face of the Earth!). I am, generally speaking, a blogging fail. But look! I said I’d post on Monday and here I am! And who knows – maybe it will motivate me into actually posting when I say I will. So yes. I thought I’d cheat a little, and include the Daily Post’s suggestion for this post:

I’ve decided I want to blog more. Rather than just thinking about doing it, I’m starting right now.  I will be posting on this blog once a day for all of 2013.

I know it won’t be easy, but it might be fun, inspiring, awesome and wonderful. Therefore I’m promising to make use of The DailyPost, and the community of other bloggers with similar goals, to help me along the way, including asking for help when I need it and encouraging others when I can.

If you already read my blog, I hope you’ll encourage me with comments and likes, and good will along the way.

Well, I think that about covers it! Tomorrows post will be slightly more interesting, this is more of a heads up. Just to finish, this quote from Tumblr:

Totally off topic, but there you go. Today is the start of a journey. Hopefully I won’t have wimped out by tomorrow ….

DFTBA (because I’ve a feeling I might),

  1. Good for you! I have chosen to blog more myself and do use The Daily Post to help me when I have writer’s block. The rest are just stories I write to pass the time… Good luck! Have fun with it. Love the quote.
